All our deliveries are fully insured against damage, if the packaging is damaged in any way, please contact our customer service team and we will arrange a replacement.
Not a problem! If you’re not there when the delivery arrives then the delivery driver will reattempt delivery on the next working day. And don’t worry the redelivery is free of charge.
Of course, you can. We are more than happy to deliver to an alternative address; many of our orders are delivered directly to our customers at their work address.
The vast majority of orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the day the item is picked up but some might take a little longer.
You can track your order via Skynet’s tracking page (https://www.tracking.my/skynet) We will also send you a notification when your parcel is ready to be dispatched, this will include a tracking number so you can track the delivery direct with the courier.
Absolutely. Once your order is ready for dispatch we notify you via email/WhatsApp message with tracking number.
We guarantee free delivery to all of part of Malaysia, excluding Sabah & Sarawak (chargeable).
Unfortunately no. We will ship the finished blinds via courier to the respective address or you may choose to come to our store @ Klang Sentral for self-pick-up (but the 50% deposit is still needed upfront regardless).
You are required to pay 50% upfront deposit in order for us to submit the order to the factory. The remaining amount shall be paid once the item is ready / before is item is being shipped.
Most blinds require only 1 week to produce with the exception for Outdoor Blind & Wooden Blind that takes around 2 – 3 weeks.

We offer free at-home measuring service for your house/premises for customers throughout Klang Valley. For the customer that is staying outside of Klang Valley, fret not, our sales assistants will guide you step by step on how to correctly obtain your window measurement.
